Landslide™ Dump Insert
Why let your workers climb into your pickup and empty a load manually–with shovels? Save yourself hours of unloading time. Electric-over-hydraulic power enables you to dump your load in seconds. Power up/gravity down dumping is powered by your truck’s 12V DC battery. The dump insert is equipped with a remote control and wiring kit. You can install it in about 3 hours with easy 4-bolt mounting. We’ve built it to a high standard using North American components. That’s what you’ve come to expect from Avalanche.
Replacement Tailgate Spreader
Why use a V-Box when you can harness the payload capacity of your dump bed? Isn’t it great when you can stay on the job longer without returning to the yard to refill? Do more with your dump insert by adding an Avalanche replacement tailgate spreader.
Standard equipment includes a self-leveling spinner. A stainless steel electric auger motor gives you years of worry free operation. A removable cover protects the motor and wiring. An agitator with pre-mixing tines loosens material and ensures continuous flow. A removable spinner assembly enables handy sandbag and wheelbarrow filling. The dump feature provides top-pivot tailgate operation. The adjustable spread pattern ranges from 8’ to 20’. In-cab on/off remote control and wiring harness is included. Models are available in 44w carbon steel and 304 stainless steel.
A Variable Speed Controller is available as an option. It has a Blast button for heavy material application. It also includes safety features like jam and overload sensing.
